3. Technical & Engineering Documents

11. Documentation Standards

  • Format: A4 paper size, typed or clearly printed
  • Language: Urdu or English (bilingual preferred)
  • Copies: Usually 3 printed copies + 1 CD copy
  • Binding: Spiral or secure stitching
  • Pagination: All pages numbered with table of contents
  • Quality: Clear, legible, professional presentation
  • CD Format: PDF files, clearly labeled
